The first humans to live to the age of 150 are already alive

Good.is has an interesting article (from 2015) on the human lifespan.

Human lifespans are now longer than ever. Currently, the average 65-year-old can expect to live an additional 19.3 years compared to just 1950, when their same-age counterpart would only live approximately 13 more years, according to the National Institute on Aging. And the population of adults 85 and older is projected to increase 351 percent by 2050.
