Proud WWII Pilots Modelling their Personalized Flight Jackets

During World War II, the A-2 leather flight jacket was standard issue for pilots and plane crews who often decorated them with squadron patches, rank marks, or elaborate artwork celebrating their plane, their girl, or whatever they liked.  They were revered and respected.  MessyNessyChic has a series of photos of these jackets and the men who wore them proudly.
