Time-Lapse Footage of a Cruise Ship’s Construction

(via mental_floss)  The footage shows cranes and pulleys assembling the AIDAprima—the new flagship of German cruise line AIDA Cruises—at the Mitsubishi shipyard in Nagasaki, Japan.  The 124,500 gross ton vessel was completed in early 2016, and hit the open sea in April. It carries 3300 passengers and 900 crew members.
