Britain’s New 5-Pound Note Plays Vinyl Records
(via Popular Mechanics) It’s been just under a month since the Bank of England released the new £5 note. The fivers, which feature the face of former Prime Minister Winston Churchill, are made of polymer, which makes them more durable, dirt resistant, and harder to counterfeit than their paper predecessors. It also makes them musical.
