Man Discovers $2.4 Million in Gold in Ex-Army Tank
(via Popular Mechanics) Who ever said collections are for suckers? Tank collector Nick Mead literally struck gold. After purchasing an ex-Iraqi Army Type 69 tank on eBay, he opened it up to find that someone had left gold bars inside. All together, the treasure amounts to roughly $2.5 million.
