This One Car Is All That’s Left of an Early Automaker

(via Popular Mechanics)  The small northern Michigan town of Alpena is known as a vacation destination today, but in 1911 it was home to a small car company. The Alpena Motor Car Company was one of many firms in the early 20th Century that jumped into the automobile business. However, of the several hundred cars built, just one spectacular example survives.
